Not at all. Contrary to popular belief its actually very hard for both men and women to get BULKY with good physical resistance training. It takes a very focused lifestyle approach to training and diet that many people wont want or achieve.

Outcast Athletics focuses on total body workouts across a lot of different types of movement.  To support this, we have a wide variety of equipment from rowing machines and fan bikes to barbells and dumbbells, battle ropes climbing ropes, free weights, rigs, and lots of other toys. One thing for sure, you won’t be bored with your choices.

No, we currently have menbers ranging between 8-65 years old.  You are never too young or too old to benefit from staying mobile, strong, and flexible.

We offer any newcomer to OA a free week of fitness and fun. After that there is a drop in fee of 15$ per session attended if they do not have a current membership.

Each and every class is a Coached session so the equipment will be selected for use by the class instructor and then modifications will be implemented based on needs by the Coach as well.

We are lucky enough that our facility has a great coaching staff that is nutrition conscious and can help in many many ways. Above and beyond that we do have access to a RD by appointment.

There are two bathrooms and then two separate shower rooms available.
We as a staff lay out all the equipment to be used daily for each class. At the end of the day all is put back by the coaching staff and the last class. The equipment is wiped down based on necessity but each and every week we clean everything and use an electromagnetic sprayer that will sanitize all spaces in the gym.

We offer a fantastic fitness profile app called Trainerize which we highly encourage the use of. We also encourage videoing workouts to help with critique and social media presence. Other than that we really like the phones to be non existent to get the most out of the training and coaching experience that we can.

We do automatic renewals but no long term contacts.

There is a separate fee for personal training as opposed to the fee associated with the unlimited class membership. Those fees vary and can be found under the “Appointments” tab on the Xplor Studios website where we do all our booking

No. We offer month to month memberships only. You can cancel at any time.

Yes we do. Monthly we create new and exciting events the gym family participates in together like bowling, 5k runs, an annual bbq, Spartan races, weightlifting events, and other activities like rope climb courses and ax throwing just to name a few.

Yes we do throw together in house competitions between gym goes if thats something that tickles your fancy.
