WHY WE ARE HERE

I started it to give anyone and everyone who thought “There must be more to life and what I can give than how I’m living now” a guide in reaching that new level. I felt like there were so many people left out of the process that just needed a chance or a hand to reach out and take a hold of. I started it to give anyone and everyone who thought there must be more to life and what I can give than what im living now. Outcast Athletics and Outcast Outreach will be the name synonymous with charity and faith and generosity, reaching those that need it and cannot afford it.

Meet your coaches

Adam Walker

Hey there friends, My name is Adam, or Coach, or Bro, or Husband or Dad or what ever other endearing names that have been given me to me along the way. I hail from THE Queensbury N.Y.. Ive been in the coaching game for the better part of 8 years and have loved every second of it. Give me some weights and watch me go, but put me on a pair of ice skates and prepare for the best ab workout of your life busting a gut from laughter. I love to help anyone I can in any way I can and fitness is just one of the vehicles that I have chosen to make the biggest impact on peoples lives in ways that really matter! I hope to see you all in the gym real soon.

Amanda Landsman

Hi! I’m Amanda. I’m a wife (17 years and counting:) and a mom to 2 active teenage boys. I’ve been a member of Outcast Athletics for 3 years, a CF-L1 Coach for a year and I’m loving the journey both as an athlete AND as a Coach!! Fun fact: I fluently speak 2 languages other than English: sarcasm and movie quotes. My passion is to inspire people to realize their true potential, (aka just how strong, both mentally AND physically, they really are!) I’m here to say don’t ever let anything, especially fear, hold you back from trying new things. I can guarantee you’ll surprise yourself by what you can accomplish on the other side of your comfort zone.

I’m a wife of 20+ years and the mom of two wonderful teeenagers. I’ve been a member at Outcast Athletics for two years and absolutely love the gym fam environment Adam has created. I’m a CF-L1 Coach and a certified yoga instructor. My fitness journey began about 10 years ago when I stepped into a Crossfit gym for the first time and I’ve been hooked ever since. I believe in a balanced lifestyle; everything in moderation. So eat the cake, buy the latest No Bulls shoes and get in here to workout with us!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for about 2 years now. What got me into the sport is my love for motocross. I ended up with a shoulder injury from racing which required me to have not one but two shoulder surgeries. I was told i needed to strengthen my shoulder and that’s when I got into crossfit and found Outcast through my Mom. I also like to ride motorcycles and workout. My love for working out has brought me into coaching and I can’t wait to further that.
